# Changelog

> Dated changes to the MagicMarkets API and the developer tools.

## October 2026

* **Close a betslip** with `DELETE /v2/betslips/{betslip_id}/`. It frees an open-betslip slot. An order already placed on the betslip stays open.
* **Hosted MCP server** at `https://magicmarkets.com/mcp`, with API key or OAuth sign-in. See [MCP server](/developers/tools/mcp#hosted-mcp).

## September 2026

* **`magicmarkets` CLI** published on 16 September at [github.com/magicmarkets/magicmarkets-cli](https://github.com/magicmarkets/magicmarkets-cli), with a built-in MCP server that is read-only by default.
* **Claude skill 1.0.0** released at [github.com/magicmarkets/magic-api](https://github.com/magicmarkets/magic-api) on 29 September. It covers REST market data and the current stream protocol, and it has tests that check it against the published OpenAPI spec. The repository moved from `magic-markets/magic-api`, and the old URL redirects.
* **REST market data: `GET /v2/events/` and `GET /v2/offers/`** shipped on 29 September. `GET /v2/events/` lists the events that currently have prices, with filters for sport, competition, event, start time and `ir_status`. `GET /v2/offers/` returns the stake available at each price for each market on up to 20 events per call. The WebSocket stays the source of live updates, `pmm` quotes and order updates.
