# Machine-readable docs

> llms.txt, llms-full.txt, the OpenAPI spec, Markdown versions of every page, and the docs MCP server. Point an agent at one URL.

The documentation ships in forms an agent can read directly.

## From the API host

| URL | What |
| - | - |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/llms.txt` | The short map: what the API is and where everything lives |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/llms-full.txt` | The full API reference in one Markdown file, about 150 KB. Also at `/docs.md` |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/v2/openapi.yaml` | The OpenAPI 3.1 spec. Generate a client in your language |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/v2/openapi.json` | The same spec as JSON |

All of these also work behind the `/magic-api` prefix, for example `/magic-api/v2/openapi.yaml`.

## From this site

| URL | What |
| - | - |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/docs/llms.txt` | Index of every page here |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/docs/llms-full.txt` | Every page here, in one file |
| Any page URL with `.md` appended | That page as Markdown. Or send `Accept: text/markdown` |
| `https://magicmarkets.com/docs/mcp` | An MCP server that searches and reads these docs |

Every page also carries a menu to copy or view it as Markdown, open it in ChatGPT or Claude, and connect the docs MCP server to Cursor or VS Code.

## Generating a client

```bash theme={"dark"}
curl -sL https://magicmarkets.com/v2/openapi.yaml -o magicmarkets.yaml
npx @openapitools/openapi-generator-cli generate -i magicmarkets.yaml -g python -o ./magicmarkets-client
```

The spec is hand-curated. Its `info.version` has stayed at `0.1.0` through recent changes, so diff the file itself when you regenerate. The spec has no `servers` entry, so set your client's base URL to `https://magicmarkets.com`. The paths already start with `/v2`.

## For Claude specifically

Install the [Claude skill](/developers/tools/claude-skill) for building, and the [MCP server](/developers/tools/mcp) for live market access.
