# Apply

> Tell us what you run and who uses it. We usually reply within a few working days.

Partner admission is by application. Apply when your project brings its own users, when you want higher API limits to show MagicMarkets prices, or when you want to put markets inside your product. You can apply with a new account, or upgrade your existing MagicMarkets account to a partner account type.

## What to send

Email **[team@magicmarkets.com](mailto:team@magicmarkets.com)** with:

1. **What you run.** The product, site or community, with a link.
2. **Who uses it.** Audience size, the markets they follow, and where they are.
3. **What you want to build.** Price comparison, an embedded market, an affiliate link, a data listing, or something else.
4. **What you need from us.** Higher API limits, or something else.
5. **Your structure.** If you apply as a company, trust or other entity, tell us. An entity that holds a trading balance needs business verification (KYB), and we can ask the right questions from the start.

## Before you write

Two things save a round trip. Read the [Terms of Service](https://magicmarkets.com/terms-of-service) for the territories where MagicMarkets is not available, and read [Who we work with](/partners/who-we-work-with) for the fit criteria.
