# Who we work with

> Example partner types, what each one needs, and the licensing and disintermediation notes.

If you want to trade through the API on your own account, or build tools on it, you do not need to apply. Start in the [Developers](/developers/overview) section.

## Price comparison and odds trackers

Odds comparison sites, line trackers, and sports media that show prices.

**What you get.** Zero-fee prices from one order book that holds orders from other traders and liquidity aggregated from more than 25 sportsbooks, sports exchanges and prediction markets, and links that carry your partner code so each signup is credited to you.

**How it works today.** MagicMarkets prices are available over the public API and WebSocket stream. Read the [Developers](/developers/overview) section for the contract.

**Fit.** You already show prices from exchanges and low-margin sportsbooks. Your audience cares about price and settlement, and is comfortable using USDT.

## Platforms and distributors

Apps, terminals and mini apps that want live sports markets inside their own product.

**What you get.** Live sports markets and prices inside your product through the public API. Tell us the volume you expect when you apply.

**Fit.** You send users to us and we serve them directly. Their accounts, funds and trades stay on MagicMarkets. If your product places trades, it does so as an agent for each user, on that user's own account. It never trades as principal.

## Affiliates and communities

Communities, creators and analysts whose audience follows sports markets.

**What you get.** One link. A monthly USDT dividend on the eligible taker volume of the users you bring.

**Fit.** Your audience is price-sensitive and comfortable with crypto. You share the link through your own channels, not through paid media that implies MagicMarkets endorsement.

## Data and directories

Analytics platforms, prediction market indices, and on-chain dashboards.

**What you get.** Public volume data you can check on [Dune](https://dune.com/magicmarkets/magicmarkets). MagicMarkets is listed as a prediction market on DefiLlama, which tracks its daily volume.

**Fit.** You list venues whose data you can check. MagicMarkets publishes its data.

## Important notes

**Licensing.** MagicMarkets is licensed in Anjouan and settles in USDT. The [Terms of Service](https://magicmarkets.com/terms-of-service) list the territories where MagicMarkets is not available. Tell us where your audience is, and we confirm the fit when we talk.

**Disintermediation.** Data partners should not sit between MagicMarkets and the user. Partners whose products place trades must confirm they act as agents for their users. Accounts, funds and trades stay on MagicMarkets.
