MagicMarkets is licensed by Anjouan Gaming, Union of the Comoros, under licence number **ALSI-202607031-FI1**.

## Where MagicMarkets is not available

You may not open an account, deposit or trade while physically located in any of these territories. The [Terms of Service](https://magicmarkets.com/terms-of-service) are the binding version, and the list can change.

In several of these territories you can still browse the site and see prices without an account. An existing account holder can still withdraw.

## Age

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
