What is recorded

Every deposit and withdrawal appears in your transaction history, with:
  • The amount and currency.
  • The type: deposit, withdrawal, or Referral Dividend.
  • The current state.
  • The blockchain transaction reference.
  • The destination address, for a withdrawal.
  • The network fee, where one applied.
  • A timestamp for each state it passed through.
The transaction reference is the useful field. Paste it into a block explorer for that network and you can see the transfer independently of us.

States

A withdrawal moves pending, then sending, then confirmed. A deposit moves pending, then confirmed.

Filtering

You can filter by currency and by type, and search by transaction id or hash. If you are reconciling a specific transfer, search the hash rather than scrolling.

Balances

Your total balance can include money that you cannot withdraw yet:
  • Available to withdraw. Free to withdraw now.
  • Open stakes. Committed to positions that have not settled. It cannot be withdrawn until they settle.
  • In closed positions that have not settled. When you close a position early, smart credit lets you trade with that money again straight away. You can withdraw it once the positions settle.
If a withdrawal fails for insufficient funds when your total balance looks large enough, check the amount available to withdraw first.

Trading records

Transaction history covers money moving in and out. Your orders, positions and settled results live in the accounting section, separately.

Keeping your own records

If you need a record for your own accounting, export or copy it as you go. Do not rely on any platform, this one included, to be your permanent archive.
