1. Has the network confirmed it?
1. Has the network confirmed it?
Find the transaction in your sending wallet, copy the transaction hash, and look it up in a block explorer for that network.
- Not confirmed yet. Wait. Nothing on our side can speed up a blockchain.
- Confirmed a few minutes ago. Check Transaction history. A confirmed transfer credits shortly after.
- Not on chain at all. The transfer never left. Check with the wallet or exchange you sent from.
2. Did you send the correct asset on the right network?
2. Did you send the correct asset on the right network?
This is a common cause of a missing deposit. A MagicMarkets deposit address takes USDT only, on one network. USDT sent on a different network arrives at an address that looks the same but belongs to a different chain, and it does not credit. Another asset, such as USDC or ETH, sent to the address is not recognised and does not credit. If you sent another asset, email support with the transaction hash. Recovery is not guaranteed.Compare the network you actually sent on against the network selected when you copied the address. If they differ, contact support with the transaction hash. Recovery is sometimes possible and sometimes not, depending on the chains involved.
3. Did the network need a tag or memo?
3. Did the network need a tag or memo?
If the deposit screen showed a tag or memo field and your transfer did not include it, the funds arrive but cannot be matched to your account automatically. Contact support with the transaction hash and the tag you should have used.
4. Was it below the minimum?
4. Was it below the minimum?
Each currency and network has a minimum deposit, shown on the deposit screen. An amount below it may not credit automatically.
5. Is the state Rejected?
5. Is the state Rejected?
A rejected transaction in Transaction history means it was seen and not credited. Contact support with the transaction hash for the reason.
6. Is it a deposit limit?
6. Is it a deposit limit?
Without identity verification, you can trade with up to 10,000 USDT of lifetime deposits. An amount above that is held until you verify or withdraw it, so it does not show as available to trade. The deposit screen shows how much of the limit remains. See Identity verification.
