MagicMarkets accounts hold USDT. You fund an account by sending USDT to a deposit address that belongs to you. The deposit screen also lists other deposit options, including the other cryptocurrencies you can send.

Steps

1

Open the deposit screen

Sign in and choose Deposit from your balance.
2

Choose a network

The screen lists the networks open for deposits right now. Pick the one your wallet or exchange will send on.
3

Copy the address

The address shown is valid for that network only. If the network uses a tag or memo, copy that too.
4

Send USDT on the same network

From your wallet or exchange. Send a small test amount first if this is a new route for you.
5

Confirm you have sent it

Choose I’ve sent my deposit. MagicMarkets watches the chain, tells you when the deposit lands, and updates your balance.

Three checks before you send

Match the network. The address you are given is valid for one network. USDT sent on a different network from the one you selected can be unrecoverable. Send only USDT to this address.
Include the tag or memo. Some networks need one. If the screen shows a tag field, a transfer without it may not credit. Clear the minimum. Each currency and network has a minimum deposit. The deposit screen shows the current figure. An amount below it may not credit. The minimums and the list of available networks are set per network and change over time, so read them off the deposit screen rather than from memory.

How long it takes

MagicMarkets credits a deposit once the network confirms it. The time depends on the network and how busy it is. You can follow the deposit in Transaction history. Deposits explains each state.

Deposit limits

Without identity verification, you can trade with up to 10,000 USDT of lifetime deposits. Any amount above that is held until you verify or withdraw it. The deposit screen shows how much of the limit remains. See Identity verification.

If it does not arrive

See Deposit not showing.
